Objective
Welcome back to Neons Underground! The garage is hard to find, but the neons are stunning. Bring a car with neons and fill the garage with colors and music!

Car meet featuring neons in a hidden parking garage.
Event Itinerary
1. Meet up at LSC in Invite-Only session on
RomanBrandt84
next to Rockford Plaza while everyone joins. This is the perfect time to get cars ready at LSC, Arena, office workshop, and etc.
2. We’ll go to one of the two neons garages at the start time (depending on how many are in session) and the party begins! Others can meet us there as they join.
3. Switch cars as many times as you want.
4. All cars shown must have neon kits installed.
5. If your vehicle has weapons, do not use them.
6. No PvP or weapons overall (flares and fireworks will sometimes attract police attention for some reason, so for this meet, they count as weapons.)
