Required: prep a vehicle. There’s no official list, but it must be a land vehicle, preferably not weaponized (if your vehicle has weapons, please don’t use them). Hearses, SUVs, Benny’s vehicles, Halloween vehicles, and Arena vehicles are encouraged but not required. Utilize paint colors, light kits, headlight colors, tire smoke etc. to make your vehicle fit for a night of scares and UFO abductions.

Event Itinerary

1. Join on RomanBrandt84 . Meet at the Music Locker for a costume party! Take in the sights and see what everyone comes up with.

2. We’ll travel to Vinewood Cemetery before searching the map for UFOs and other scary stuff. Will we be abducted and meet the aliens? Or will be find out what’s happening in our city and fight back? That’s up to you, fellow HALPers. It’s kind of a choose-our-own-adventure sort of thing!

3. Either way, we’ll have a great time, because we’ll be there together. Stick around after the cruise to join Grace_Nam_KR for Slashers and some other Halloween themed adversaries to celebrate the spookiness of the season. It should be a great time!

NOTE We’ll be driving highway speed for the most part, and trying to keep pace with traffic and obeying traffic rules. Feel free to practice on your own to get a feel for it, because most of us don’t usually drive this way in game. It takes some getting used to.

Create an FIB outfit, change into an alien costume, or do something entirely different to dress as some other paranormal entity. Since the theme is X-Files, I’ll be going as Dana Scully on the girl character.

Optional: FIB Fleet Vehicle

Create a vehicle that you feel would be appropriate for any FIB mission. Weaponized vehicles are fine AS LONG AS YOU DON’T USE THE WEAPONS. Examples would be the new Granger, the Benefactor Shafter, etc. Anything that looks like an official government sedan/SUV/etc. will work, including free options stolen from the street.

Create a Benny’s vehicle, a Halloween vehicle, or something that would be appropriate for a funeral (example: the Romero Hearse spawns for free when another player’s Romero is present).

Bring your best costumes and vehicles to the parking garage under Rockford Plaza! We’ll vote for the HALP Halloween royalty via an anonymous poll in Discord and the winners will be brought up onto the stage, similar to how we did the HALPers Ball royalty last year. Get ready to see some sweet rides and some spooky outfits!

2. X-files Themed Haunted Locations Tour

I had to cut the UFO hunt for obvious reasons, but the theme lives on in this tour of a few of San Andreas’s most haunted locations! Dress as an FIB agent, an alien, or any paranormal entity and be ready to have a great time with your fellow HALPers.

3. Benny’s Funeral

This will be a shortened version of the Benny’s Funeral from a few years back, only going from the cemetery to the pier. We’ll pay tribute to our friend Benny, the man who brought us so many awesome custom cars over the years. The funeral procession will end with the hearse being flown out to the ocean and dropped into the water. RIP.

2. Necessary: Create a beach outfit. This can be a swimsuit, shirt and shorts, tank tops, or any combination of summertime clothing items. Hats, accessories, and shoes are optional, but feel free get creative! Flip flops and sunglasses will fit the vibe, but the options are open. All clothing stores/locations are fine, including the Diamond Casino store, the clothing truck at the LS Car Meet, and the shops on Vespucci Beach.

3. Optional: Prep multiple drop top vehicles and outfits. There’s no limit on how many times you can change vehicles or outfits. If you’ve got a few prepped, feel free to show them off. There will be a car meet at the end, so multiple vehicles may come in handy!

Event Itinerary

1. Join the Friends-Only Session on RomanBrandt84 and head to LSIA. We’ll meet up at the Escalera rental car lot on Greenwich Parkway (between the airport LSC location and the LSIA Von Crastenburg Hotel) and wait for everyone to join. We’ll give it about 15 minutes. After that, people arriving will join us during the cruise. If it’s night once things get started, we’ll head to the Diamond Casino and Resort for a party at the Music Locker. Otherwise, we’ll just start the tour!

2. We’ll drive to Backlot city and park inside the gates so we can explore the complex on foot. There’s a lot more to it than we usually see during missions!

3. We’ll go on a driving tour of the homes of some famous Los Santos residents, both celebrities and stars of missions, and get food and gas at some point. Be prepared for a couple longer stretches of driving to reach some of the destinations.

4. We’ll see a couple of the landmarks of Vinewood and surrounding areas, and then go see a movie together at the Oriental Theater on Vinewood Boulevard and check out the walk of fame.

5. We’ll settle into our accommodations at the Diamond Casino and Resort and have a car meet.

6. In the morning, we’ll head to Vespucci Beach to catch some sun, and then head back to LSIA to catch our flight out of town (If someone wants to provide a flight out, feel free to do so.)

2. This is a role-play slow cruise. We’ll be driving at NPC speed, with traffic, obeying stop lights where possible. When we’re on foot exploring, we’ll be doing a bit of walking. We may also be staying at some famous Los Santos hotels at night!

2. Once we’re all in, we’ll head over to the Sandy Shores Airfield and board Cargobobs to attempt to parachute into the prison! From there, we’ll all try to escape the prison alive and make it to Pacific Standard Bank in Los Santos, where the action will really ramp up!

3. It’s time to defend our reputations as bank robbers! We’ll take over Pacific Standard and hold the police off.

4. Afterward, we’ll assemble at the Colors of Los Santos parking lot overlooking the city for the Lover’s Lane Car Meet to celebrate! Vintage cars before 1955 preferred.

2. There will be a link in the Discord to an anonymous survey where you can vote for HALP royalty based on the HALPers with the highest number of nominations. The two HALPer with the most votes who are also at the event will be crowned royalty at our next location.

3. We’ll move to the roof of Arcadius Business Center via heli limo. We can try to get a party bus, a Benny’s car, or a Club up there for music. We’ll be announcing HALP royalty at this point, and then we’ll hang out and party with the city lights as our backdrop.

4. After this, we’ll parachute down to street level and assemble into the HALP royalty parade, with HALP royalty leading the way. Bring your neon kit equipped vehicle for this, and we’ll head for the neons garage for the car meet afterparty! We’ll show off our rides, our outfits, etc. Check out what your fellow HALPers have created!

4. After this, we’ll parachute down to street level and assemble into the HALP royalty parade, with HALP royalty leading the way. Bring your neon kit equipped vehicle for this, and we’ll head for the neons garage for the car meet afterparty! We’ll show off our rides, our outfits, etc. Check out what your fellow HALPers have created!

3. No PvP. Accidents happen, especially on top of a skyscraper, but try to keep it to a minimum.

Event Itinerary

1. Join the friends session on RomanBrandt84 and head to the Richman Hotel up to 30 minutes before the event time. If you’re not friends with RomanBrandt84 and want to attend, send a social club friend request.

2. We’ll head to Pacific Standard Bank, where we keep our Kmart kill count list in the vault. But the manager won’t give it to us without ID! So it’s time to f*ck sh*t up!

3. We’ll attract police attention, and then keep them from getting in the building and taking over. It’s a holdoff! Use any weapons you have that aren’t attached to a vehicle (possible exception of the anti-aircraft trailer, if you can get to it before you die), from your bare hands to the mini-gun.

4. Feel free to rejoin or leave at any time during the event. We’ll go until the police stop showing up, or we reach the end of the event!
